SS Solutions
Custom tech, built around you.

We'll figure it out, together.

Maybe you're paying for tools that don't fit — or you just got handed a problem you don't know how to solve. Maybe you're running on workarounds — paper, spreadsheets, group texts, and willpower.

Either way, you don't need to know what to ask for. Tell me what's not working and I'll build something that fits.

About

I'm Sydney. I build custom technology for people who actually need it.

I come from a design and UX research background, which means I listen before I build. I've spent years studying how people actually use technology — what makes them feel confident, and what makes them want to throw their laptop out a window.

I don't sell software off a shelf. I sit with you, learn how your day actually works, and build something that fits — your process, your language, your comfort level. Sometimes that's a full platform for a growing company. Sometimes it's a simple tool that replaces the notebook on your counter. It depends on what you need, and we figure that out together.

I work with small businesses, nonprofits, and real people dealing with real problems — the ones doing everything themselves and staying up too late trying to keep it all together. Whether you're running a crew of twenty, managing a complicated medical situation for your kid, or just trying to keep track of orders that keep slipping through the cracks — if your current system is duct tape and willpower, we should talk.

I've built tools for construction companies, streamlined intake systems, and turned chaotic paper processes into something people actually want to use.

And when I hit something I haven't done before, I figure it out — that's the part I like best.

How It Works

No jargon. No mystery.

Whether it's your business, your family, or just something that isn't working — same process.

01

Listen

I learn your world. Not just the problem you think you have — the whole picture. Your daily routine, your frustrations, what's working, what isn't, and how comfortable you are with technology. If there are other people involved — your office manager, your family, your team — I talk to them too. I ask a lot of questions. I take a lot of notes.

02

Build

I create something designed around how you actually work, not how I think you should. That might be a simple tool that replaces a paper system, an integration that connects the software you already use, or something built from scratch. You'll see it early. You'll give me feedback. We'll go back and forth until it feels right. This isn't a big reveal at the end — you're part of it the whole time.

03

Support

I don't disappear after launch. Things change. Your needs grow. Something breaks, or you want to add a feature, or you have a question at 9pm on a Tuesday. I pick up the phone. Updates, fixes, and training are part of how I work — not a surprise invoice. I stick around because the best tools are the ones that evolve with you.

What I Build

If it makes your day easier, I can probably build it.

I don't have a menu of services. Every project starts with a conversation about what's not working — and ends with something that makes it work better.

Replacing the paper and the chaos

The forms, the binders, the notebooks, the filing cabinets, the sticky notes, the "system" that lives in your head.

Connecting the tools you already have

So the software you're paying for actually talks to each other.

Showing you what matters at a glance

Instead of digging through files, messages, or spreadsheets to find one answer.

Automating the repetitive stuff

The things you do every single day that a computer should be handling.

Simple apps for life, not just business

Tracking health goals, managing family logistics, organizing a program you run — if it matters to you, it counts.

Replacing software that isn't working

If you're paying for something that makes your life harder instead of easier, you don't have to keep suffering.

Not sure your idea counts? Ask. The answer is almost always yes.

Who This Is For

You might need me if…

  • You're running a business — or a household, or a program, or a team — and doing way too much of it yourself
  • You know something should be easier but you don't know what to ask for
  • You already have software and it's not doing what you need — or you're paying for tools that don't talk to each other
  • You've looked at the big platforms and they're too expensive, too complicated, or they just don't fit
  • Someone you trust told you about me
  • You're not a "tech person" and that's always felt like a barrier
  • Things are working, technically — but you're working 60, 70, 80 hours a week to keep it that way
  • You just want someone who listens first and builds second
Let's Talk

Tell me what's not working.

You don't need to know what you want. You don't need a project brief or a requirements doc. Maybe something's taking too long. Maybe something's confusing. Maybe you're just tired of how things are and you think there might be a better way. Whatever it is — just tell me. We'll figure it out from there.

Already know exactly what you need? Even better — tell me that too.

Free. No commitment. No sales pitch. Just a real conversation.
